You will find that getting to know God through his son, Jesus, is extremely instrumental and necessary to grow your relationship with our father, God! Jesus is a human visual that provides a clear understanding of God’s character and love that is on constant display. Getting to know Jesus will help you to make real connections with God. During your regular Bible reading and study, you will see Jesus interacting with others and modeling what is expected of you.
Jesus is known as the God-man. He was without sin yet he navigated his life performing the work that he was set out to do. You, too, must be purpose oriented and try to fulfill the calling that God has for you. If you do not know your calling, remember to pray and ask God to reveal what his will is for you. Meanwhile, there are plenty of meaningful ways to assist others daily. Just look around! It is no different than trying on a pair of shoes, you shop till you find the pair that fits! And remember there will be both rewarding and challenging times with your journey.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for allowing me to grow my relationship with you. Please help me to study the life of your Son, Jesus, so that I can connect better and deeper with you. Thank you for sending your Son to serve as the perfect example of how I should live. I will try my best daily to live my life in such a way that makes you proud. Help me to never give up. I love you, Daddy!
